Soft Sourdough Sandwich Bread

Ingredients

1). 1cup of milk

2). 3 Tablespoons or ( 36 grams of Sugar )

3). 1 Teaspoons of instant yeast ( This is Optional if your sourdough starter is ripe )

4). 1/2 cup (150 grams) of sourdough starter ripe or Discard

5). 3 cups of plus 2 Tablespoons ( 400 grams of bread flour )

6). 1 Teaspoons of salt

7) . 2 Tablespoons of soft room temp of Butter

8) . 1 Tablespoon of melted butter for brushing after the loaf is Baked

Preparation

1). in a bowl you will want to take your cup of milk that you have heated up dump it into the bowl

2). add your sugar and the 1 teaspoon of yeast to the warmed milk the stir that up and then let it sit for about 10 mins then it should be nice and bubble after 10 mins

3). Then add in your flour you can use a mixer with a dough hook and turn it on low

4). once the flour and the liquid start to mix then cut the butter into cubs and then add it to the flour

5). Then let the mixer with the dough hook run for about 10 mins once the dough it down take it off the dough hook

6). Then take the dough to the counter and then shape it and put into a loaf pan

7). Let the dough then sit for 1 hr to 2 hrs and then you will put it into a 350 F oven

8). Let the Bread bake for 35 mins once it comes out then you will want to take the melted butter and brush it on the nice warm bread
